Job Summary

The Salesforce Partner Engagement & Comms team drives communications and marketing in support of the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem. Our team is passionate about Partner success and operates with an entrepreneurial mind set in a fast-paced setting. We work with stakeholders globally both within Salesforce as well as with our greater Salesforce ecosystem.

The Partner Marketing Specialist will primary set the strategy and direction to build and manage a robust marketing asset program in the region that supports Salesforce Consulting and Reseller Partners grow their Salesforce practice.
You will be responsible for creating and “partnerizing” campaigns across the marketing funnel to equip Salesforce Partners with marketing resources to help grow their business - and measuring, analysing and reporting on results whilst striving to continuously improve and refine the marketing campaigns and assets as needed. This role requires multiple marketing skills including creative abilities, relationship building and project management to ensure success.
This role will be also responsible for driving integrated demand generation activities with a focus set of reseller partners in the region.


Own and manage in the EMEA & LATAM region our comprehensive tool, Partner Marketing Center, that provides marketing content to Partners at scale. Responsibilities include understanding the technology, being able to demo the tool, and maintaining full ownership of its regional management end - to - end.

Serve as the primary liaison for the Partner Marketing Center between HQ and the region.

Create and deliver digital marketing campaigns to increase membership and engagement of the content in the Partner Marketing Center.

Own and deliver the content strategy in the region for the Partner Marketing Center. This includes identifying relevant content; managing a regional set of stakeholders that suggest or provide new content; “partnerize“ the content; translating content with translation agencies as necessary; and maintaining it so that it is kept up to date.

Lead project briefs and work with the brand design, agencies, and content teams to build and develop campaign guides and content assets.

Utilize data and be comfortable running analysis to continually evolve the strategy and program.

Define and drive quarterly co-marketing plans with resellers. Optimize execution on every activity for maximum ROI

Support other marketing projects as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

Recent Graduate (preferably masters level)

1+ year experience in marketing with an emphasis in B2B technology campaigns, product, and/or partner marketing.

Experience with building campaigns

Demonstrated experience managing through ambiguity and driving results.

Metrics-driven marketing mind and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.

Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency with digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to work with multiple teams across the organisation to ensure world class execution

Multi-language fluency in one or two additional European languages

Experience working with creative teammates, ad agencies and other vendors.

Experience using Salesforce highly desirable.
