About the Team

The Finance team comprises 10 people split around 4 pillars: FP&A, Finance Operations, Controlling and Legal. From FP&A, we strive to become business partners for the different departments, focusing on providing financial support of any kind, on analysing and reporting business and financial performance, and last but not least, on planning and forecasting the impacts of business operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible to report and analyze performance of the business and project the operations and cash flow of various teams; working as business partner of the different departments helping them to plan and track their revenue impacts and spend, and supporting ad-hoc projects. This role also requires M&A experience, from building processes to valuations, modelling, due diligence and managing relevant stakeholders through a potential M&A process.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with the annual budget and 5-year plan

Monthly forecasts and performance review and analysis for your teams

Monthly reporting of KPIs and performance of the business for your teams

Support the different departments of the company in monitoring operations, revenue impacts and spend

Build dashboards for stakeholders to be able to visualize their performance

Define, implement and monitor key processes in the organization related to Finance

Involvement in potential M&A processes (valuation, modelling, managing involvement of relevant stakeholders, etc.)

Help automate the data flows and processes within the department

About You

Here's what we’re after:

You’ve 5+ years’ experience in Finance

You’ve 2 years of experience in a FP&A

You’ve 2 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance or Private Equity

You’ve experience in the SaaS industry or in fast-paced growing companies

You’ve experience in budgeting and forecasting

You’ve experience in investment tracking and evaluating business performance.

You’ve an English proficient level; written and spoken

You’re a fast learner, tech-savvy and adaptable to change

You’ve a CAN do attitude and proactiveness is on your DNA

Your thinking is analytical and you’re a modelling-freak

You’re a reporting and deadline obsessed

You’ve great communication skills and the ability to lead with other departments

You’ve calm and know how to handle the pressure

You are structured, organized, and process-driven

You love automating processes and data flows

It'd be amazing if you also have:

Big Four experience is a plus

Experience with implementation of forecasting tools is a plus

Experience with Looker is a plus

Experience with writing SQL is a plus
