As a Marketing Automation Lead on the Global Marketing Automation Team, you will be a subject matter expert in marketing automation and manage, roadmap and articulate the key functionalities for marketing automation tools. You will partner with business stakeholders to enable marketing automation tool enablement, and to execute marketing campaigns in alignment with the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.

In this challenging and exciting role, you will demonstrate your commitment to flawless delivery of digital touchpoints in both marketing and operations. You will collaborate with the Customer Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to identify solutions for business process changes or requirements, showcasing your ability to proactively identify potential issues, and analyze and resolve difficult problems with minimal direction. Further, you will work with the Web CoE driving marketing automation integration with more than 140 country and business unit websites and support the organization’s ongoing digital transformation.

In this role, you will be given the opportunity to build global experience and work with international stakeholders while building your personal brand and opportunities.

  • Lead the Web COE marketing automation integrations and optimizations .
  • Head the Global Internet Community in communication latest innovative deployments, and to help drive and support the digital transformation of Syngenta .
  • Configure, customize, and activate new features within the marketing automation tools .
  • Document training materials and train users to ensure key stakeholders understand complete tool functionality and capabilities .
  • Lead key marketing stakeholders in a data capture, management and stewardship strategy aligning with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) objectives .
  • Build marketing automation reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign/asset/email results and measure effectiveness .
  • Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including naming conventions, completion actions, tagging and tracking codes .
  • Create standardized templates that comply with branding guidelines .
  • Perform hands on solution design, prototyping and proof of concepts in support of current and new projects .
  • Fully understand the end to end implementation and QA process .
  • Provide timely status updates and communication with stakeholders .
  • Provide recommendations in the re-engineering and optimization of business processes and workflows .
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience developing, implementing, and using Marketing Cloud or Pardot.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce, including how it integrates with marketing automation.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, and Drupal in particular.
  • Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Marketing Cloud or Pardot Specialist or Consultant Certification highly preferred.
  • HTML/CSS coding experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors.
  • Experience creating multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience implementing and using SMS, chat bot and webinar solutions.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, as well as multi-cultural environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation
  • Familiarity with ad platforms particularly Google AdWords, AdRoll and Facebook
  • Ability to provide instruction to all levels of personnel in one-on-one and group settings
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with little direction or oversight
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly
  • Knowledge of best practices, including the adherence to privacy legislation in the sales & marketing process and systems arena
